Little Red Dress

If there's a little black dress, I have my own little red dress.

For those of you who have been following my blog for a while, for sure you noticed I always wear red. It's my all-time favorite color. Red is vibrant, full of life, and its reflection makes me look radiant.

It's another weekend brunch a couple of weeks ago but this day was very warm at 14degC. A bit cloudy but it's awesome, I can avoid those annoying leggings and heavy, oversized jackets, yay!

My husband & I went to the same restaurant Bocca, where we went for our wedding anniversary last month.  We wanted to try their brunch as they have different set of menu for their weekend brunch and heard good feedback about it. But this time it's for a business meeting so I dressed appropriately. Wore a knee-length red dress, and a nude blazer which looks more like my office outfit than a laid-back brunch outfit. Felt like looking so red that day so I paired it with a red coat instead of a leopard print one coz I was already thinking of accentuating my outfit with snakeskin, a skinny leopard print chained belt, faux fur scarf, & chained bag.

All four of us (me & 3 Italians) at the table ordered the same dish: squid ink risotto with sun-dried tomatoes, it didn't disappoint our taste buds

The dessert is very simple & unpretentious, ladyfinger with chocolate, strawberry, and panna dip

I'm lovin this dress, it fits like a glove! Thanks to my BFF who picked it for me, thanks babe! It was a great idea to shop with you that day :)

So lucky to have lovely girlfriends who also have excellent taste in style, ain't I?

I will be away for a while my darlings but of course I will still be checking your comments when I get the chance...nows time for packing again, time to get some tan :)
