DVB-ish in Bordeaux

Who doesn't love Victoria Beckham? I'm a big fan of this posh gal from her "Spice Girls" days and now even love her more with her super chic style and her gorgeous collection!


When I see negative comments about Victoria Beckham like "she's anorexic" or "her collection are only for models" I just don't agree with all that crap because actually somebody like Kim Kardashian who is so voluptuous has totally rocked a DVB ensemble. Who won't look good in those dresses? I do believe Victoria Beckham designed her collection to make every women wearing them look like dolls. Agree or disagree that's my personal opinion.

You don't choose a dress because you fit in it, you choose a dress because it fits on you and your style. Read between the lines. That is my personal opinion towards styling and dressing up. Same with DVB's collection, you just have to pick the right piece.

Ok...ok, this ain't a DVB dress, I wish. But its silhouette and its clean seams resembles that of a DVB. I already wore and posted this dress here in early autumn but not so convinced I styled it best in that look. To be honest, I find its side cuts weird, it's one thing I want to change in this dress. I did mention I love burgundy or bordeaux or maroon, or red. Any berry shade, whatever you call it, I would just grab it in an instance. Same with how I acquired all of these berry shades I wore together on this look and I think it just perfectly complements the dress.

Since I wore this dress on a cold day, a coat is not enough to keep me warm. So I wore this cashmere mid-cut cardigan, tried & tested on my coldest winter experience in my New York trip.
